We offer Free Delivery within all Metro areas. Any regional areas will incur an additional delivery fee.

Each unit comes with a purpose built spa bed, halo water therapy ring, stool, 23 litre waste water tank on wheels, steamer and hood and led lights installed.
Once your order is placed and your rental agreement signed, you contract will be in place for that period of time, unless you choose the buy out option.
Purchase prices vary by unit model and condition. Standard units typically range from $3,500-$8,000 depending on style. We'll credit a portion of your rental payments toward the purchase price. Contact us for a personalised buyout quote.
Yes, due to high demand, our current pre order wait time is 8 - 10 weeks. While some orders may be received within a matter of days to 1-2 weeks if a rare unit comes stock prior to back order shipment arrivals, to prevent disappointment, we set expectations at 8-10 weeks for delivery on pre order rentals.
There's no limit to the number of units you can rent. We regularly service large orders with 10+ units. For hight volume orders, customers are advised delivery times of approximately 8 weeks.
While our portable units are self contained, they do need to be filled with fresh warm water. Access to running warm water is necessary.
We service our units every 3 months or as required free of charge however misuse of the units outside of our recommendations may results in a service fee.
We offer additional 40L waste water tanks with hose for an additional cost. Otherwise a 23 litre waste water tank on wheels is provided.
